Although we bought our Lorex system LH03041TC4W 4-channel through another vendor, I feel it necessary to warn any potential customers to run from this company. The night vision went out of one of our cameras within a month-and-a-half, and since August (now December 25) we have been given the run-around through numerous "tickets" with Lorex about fixing and then replacing our camera. Customer Service SOUNDS helpful and seems sincere, but there is no follow-thru. First they told us the cameras were backordered, then they didn't have them in stock, etc, but they will let us know when they are in..... After each promise, it is only a small matter of time before our tickets are "closed," even though nothing has been done.

We are out $600 not only because the one camera doesn't work, but also because the "wireless" on the cameras is so sensitive that it doesn't work most of the time. If you buy this, you will have to fiddle with it weekly, if not daily. Excellent grief.

Extremely hard to assemble. Wireless is a joke. The cameras do only have to be plugged in to a power source but there are dozens of wires everywhere to connect this thing. It is not user friendly at all and I am pretty techie. The initial set up was horrid and now that the cameras are really installed on the wall, the view range is a fraction of the drop cams I had installed previously. What one drop can could view, it will take at least two of these cameras to see the same area. The app is atrocious as well so don't get your hopes up there either. Overall I would have been better off buying something else. Now I have to pay shipping back to Amazon for this crap after hours of install and set up. the quality of the minimalist view cameras is decent though which is why I gave it 2 stars. I would not buy these cameras unless you're cool with wires everywhere and have only a small space to survey.

Instructions simple to follow. Straight forward to set up internet connection. Only drawback - camera's are outdoor rated, but the power supply transformer requires 120 volt AC is indoor rated.
