Not impressed.,
While it was nice having a system that didn't require me to run camera wires through my walls (you still had to run power wires), in the end it was less frustrating to return this system and buy one that had conventional wires that had to be run throughout my home.
Another problem that I experienced was with this system's app for smart phones. I had the system hooked up for about five days before returning it- and when I attempted to log into my security system's DVR via the smart phone app, I would constantly have to reprogram it- telling it to use my front door camera for "camera 1", my back door camera for "camera 2". Without doing this, it would not show the images for the cameras. I also experienced two complete mobile failures- which indicated that my security system's DVR was no longer connected. (keep in mind this was in just five days of operation).
My last concern was that for such an expensive system, the cameras didn't have a very high resolution. Not nearly enough to really be able to identify or print a half-decent picture of someone who appeared on a camera.
In the end, there are better systems out there... that cost significantly less.

Like some others,
Ok, for starters you guys were not very forthcoming on the 2.4Ghz challenge everyone in the free world as of this day 2015 would be running into with any type of wireless network (well 2.4Ghz). For the record, 5Ghz is not the norm standard by about 90% of home users so STOP IT! With that said, those of you with non existent internet via wireless (fyi..network cable into router would fix the issue from your computer to router but whats the point of wifi or if you have a dual band router that allows devices to connect to a 5Ghz band), you have to use a 5Ghz solution. Have the tech head in the family hook you up. It's possible your router is dual band and your devices feature 5Ghz technology. But have your tech head check it out if you are not tech savvy.
And second and final point...EMAIL ALERTS!! This one ticks me off the most. LOREX!!!! Long tale small...I use GMAIL and was suggested by your tech support to do so. After a reboot, email alerts work for about 12 hours (try testing that), after that. ..nada!! There is nothing on the web I have found that addresses this and I reckon its a bug. The emails are set to send every 5 minutes on a 24 hour schedule. And don't give me this Google stopping emails CRAP!! I use the same account on a webcam with motion detection software and it works non stop. You need to...1. Test this and 2. Release a firmware update to.. ADDRESS IT!
thank you.
