   Customer service was brilliant-Thanks Cody. The cameras and system work fantastic. Simple to setup and configure using local television, computer and iPhone. The cameras are not the best but you get what you pay for, for a business or home use it's fine. The nine cameras cover every inch of my application. You can spend much more or much less depending on your budget. This setup is worth the money. Fantastic thing is you can add an additional 7 cameras. PTZs may be in the future for me.....

   Excellent system took a small bit of learning given the instructions are not complete or clear when you are attaching more than 8 camera's using the POE switch. So what needs to be done is do not hook any cameras up until you have them all installed then one at a time start plugging them in to the receiver and then the POE switch in the order you want them. I made the mistake of putting camera 1 on then camera 11 and 12 then back to 2 through 10. Which made it where I could only view cameras 1 through 8 on a multi screen of 9 or 16. So long tale small bring them online in order one at a time. It boils down to how the IP address is generated for each channel.

   The image quality is incredible. The nvr is running nonstop in a small business and we havent had any downtime due to malfunctions. It was somewhat complicated to set up email alerts and remote access, but after troubleshooting for a couple of hours it works perfect. I highly recommend this product for anyone that wishes to invest in secuirty.
