The setup for the camera system as well as the free app, was strait forward. An oversight in my part, but kept me from benefiting from the security and peace of mind this video system provides. In order to stream video over the Internet, it requires at least 1Mbps upload speed and my internet provider only gives me 768kbps. I was fortunate to have bought the Lorex system from the fantastic folks at On Point Solutions LLC, whom were gracious and understanding enough to accept my return request despite of my oversight. If your IP supports upload speeds of 1Mbps or higher, I would certainly recommend this system.
